Our furniture is handmade in Sweden, and quality takes time — something we will never compromise on. Therefore, our standard delivery time is 6–10 weeks. If your delivery is delayed, or if your order arrives with damaged packaging or products, please contact us as soon as possible at info@moliving.se.
To ensure a smooth delivery, some preparations may be required on your part. You must ensure there is clear access to your property. All deliveries require a signature, either at a residential or business address. The person who placed the order must be present and show valid ID. If someone else is receiving the delivery on your behalf, they must present both their own ID and a copy of yours. You are responsible for ensuring the goods can be placed in a weather-protected location. Delivery is made to the property boundary or front door only. If a delivery cannot be completed — for example, if the package is not picked up from a collection point or access to the property is not possible — and the order is returned to us, please contact us to arrange redelivery. Please note that an additional shipping fee will apply.

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the product. If you wish to return an item, please contact us via email before sending it back. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and for packaging the item in a way that prevents damage during transport. We recommend using the original packaging.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by or on behalf of businesses or organizations.

Force Majeure
mö living is exempt from liability for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this agreement if such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, as described below, and if these circumstances make fulfillment more difficult, hinder, or delay the process. “Circumstances beyond control” include, but are not limited to: government actions or omissions, new or amended legislation, labor disputes, blockades, strikes, fires, floods, sabotage, or major accidents. Force majeure also covers government decisions that negatively impact markets or products, such as restrictions, warnings, or bans on sales.
